Chef Ally came by and fixed Eggs Benedict for our mother-daughter breakfast.  Toasted English Muffins, thin slices of ham, poached eggs, sauce with avocados and fresh asparagus on the side.  And hash brown  potatoes. She does it better than anyone.  The secret is her &#8220;from scratch&#8221; Hollandaise sauce which is the best there is.
